The target audience for our short film is 15 to 20 years old, due to the themes with have decided to explore and how we're thinking we are going to represent them we feel this is the appropriate age range. I have created an audience profile of Kate Lawson who is 18 years old and in full-time education. She represents a large proportion of the demographic as from the surveys and my own knowledge I found that the horror genre isn't the most popular and therefore, I felt Kate was a perfect representation as she isn't the biggest fan of horror films yet still has an opinion and view on them.
